Precise manufacturing, machining, engineering, aerospace, additive manufacturing including 3D print, special coating, forging and foundries.
EXPERIENCE
Over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing. Martin joined Mora Moravia in 1989 and, after an MBO, in 1994 became the director of the aerospace division. He managed the sale of the company to Honeywell and oversaw the restructuring which resulted in growth of the company from 120 to 960 employees, while sales grew 40x.
In 2006, he became the director of Honeywell CEE Sourcing with unique knowledge about CEE industrial companies. He was responsible for developing new suppliers and implementing Six Sigma and Lean production principles within Honeywell's supply chain. In 2009 he became precision casting division director of PBS , responsible for the division and operational improvements.
In 2010 he joined Alcoa/Arconic as CEE Head of Sales.
At CEIP Martin is Operating Partner (2017-to date) responsible for the business and strategic development of BMH.
EDUCATION
Martin is Czech, speaks Czech, Slovak and English. He holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace technology - Aerospace production from VUT Brno and has completed several management courses from the University of North Florida.
He is a certified Honeywell Six Sigma black belt with vast experience in production enhancements including over 50 projects across CEE.
