Operating Private Equity
We are an Operating Private Equity team of a traditional London style. With a conservative investment strategy, we have been active in the market for over nine years. We currently operate two funds in which we, together with the capital of our team, manage resources of reputable Czech and US institutional investors.
We invest in technological, industrial, and service companies with stable cash flows. We believe in creating value through active ownership and performance improvement, supported by our team of experienced Operating Partners and the expertise of our Senior Advisory Board.
Our expected rates of return for investors are set at a prudent and sustainable level, enabling us to pursue long-term growth initiatives.
Form of entry
In acquisition transactions, we seek to secure a majority stake and control, yet we are also open to co-investments alongside other investors and management teams. We have a proven track record in executing founder roll-overs and place a strong emphasis on building long-term partnerships with company founders.
Investment size
The size of CEIP investments into a single company ranges from CZK 50 and 250 million. In terms of enterprise value, we target companies worth up to CZK 1 billion.
We can also execute larger deals in cooperation with reputable co-investors from our network.
Industry Focus
We carefully select investments in sectors where we can deliver substantial added value. Our portfolio includes companies in IT, aerospace and defense, industrial automation, B2B services, and healthcare products and services, while we remain open to opportunities in traditional industries.
Region
We pursue platform investments in the Czech and Slovak markets. For add-on acquisitions to our existing platforms, we do not limit ourselves and explore a range of opportunities, particularly across Western Europe.
