EXPERIENCE
Ivana is an experienced business restructuring manager and advisor to business owners with 15 years of experience. Previously Ivana has worked for more than 9 years at PwC (the last role being as a manager at the restructuring practice) and has been involved in many industrial production companies’ cases in CEE (inter alia OKD, Pilsen Steel, Unior, Trimo, SES Tlmače). She then worked as a financial manager at a mid-size family business and as an advisor to SME owners and start-up venture founders.
For the last five years, she has focused on the topic of the environment and its protection through business solutions. Among other things, she is a member of the Management Board of MIWA - a circular packaging solution for food, which minimizes generation of waste. In this role, she is responsible for monitoring the environmental impact and communicating with global impact partners, including impact investors.
Ivana is also an external expert at the European Commission evaluating SME innovative projects under the Horizon 2020 programme.
EDUCATION
Ivana holds two degrees from Charles University in Prague (International Relations and Geography) and Certificat d’Études Politiques from Sciences Po Rennes. She has also completed the CIMA qualification (Certificate in Management Accounting). She speaks fluent Czech, English, French and has basic level of Spanish and Italian.
