FUND ROLE
Eva oversees procurement across the entire investment cycle – from due diligence and identifying savings opportunities to preparing portfolio companies for exit. She ensures that procurement strategies are effective, sustainable, and create long-term value for investors.
POST ACQUISITION ROLE
Following an acquisition, Eva supports portfolio companies in realizing savings, setting up procurement processes, and negotiating with key suppliers. She drives cross-portfolio initiatives, identifies synergies, and promotes best practice sharing, with the goal of enhancing growth and profitability through strategic cost management and supplier optimization.
EXPERIENCE
Eva brings 15 years of experience in procurement, operations, and business transformation. She began her career at Essilor International in France and later spent nearly a decade at Efficio in London, advising international clients on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization. She has also held project management roles in Czech companies and educational institutions, leading change initiatives in operations and strategy. Most recently, she managed transformation projects at AMiT with a focus on process improvement, procurement, and change management.
Eva combines consulting know-how with hands-on experience from manufacturing and technology companies, along with the ability to lead projects from strategy definition through to successful implementation.
EDUCATION
Eva holds a BA degree in Economics from Charles University in Prague and a Master’s in International Supply Chain from Université Paris Dauphine in France.
