Pavel Švec is an experienced manager and entrepreneur.

Since 2005, he has been one of the executive shareholders of Wendell electronics, a.s. – a successful and traditional electronics manufacturer in the region with a long tradition in electrical manufacturing, where he was responsible for leading the sales division and business development. Later, he led and was responsible for the entire company as CEO.

Over 15 years, he managed to build the company from a family business into a service provider of the highest European standards. The company was successfully sold to a Danish strategic investor in 2019.
