CEIP Announces the sale of BLOCK

CEIP is pleased to announce the sale of BLOCK to French group SPIE.

BLOCK Group, founded in 1991, is a leading provider of comprehensive cleanroom solutions and an established market leader in the Czech Republic. It supports clients operating in highly demanding industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, microelectronics and optics. BLOCK provides comprehensive services throughout the entire project lifecycle – from design and engineering through implementation to maintenance and validation. The group's expertise also includes process automation systems and high-voltage installations.

CEIP acquired BLOCK in 2024 and, during its ownership, carried out a comprehensive transformation focused on improving management efficiency, stabilising operations and establishing a clear strategic direction. Engineering and project activities were separated from the technology business, management was strengthened and the ownership structure was unified.
