For each portfolio company, a dedicated Operating Partner is appointed from the team, who takes an active role in its day-to-day management.

Unlike strategic investors, CEIP can offer conditions such as maintaining the continuity of a family-owned brand and preserving jobs in the local region.
CEIP's aim is to develop high-quality Czech and Central European companies and turn them into significant players in both domestic and international markets, while preserving their role in their local regions.
Joint Development with Owners
CEIP develops companies together with their owners and founders. Its clear preference is therefore for owners to remain involved in the company. Acquiring a 100% stake is not the preferred strategy.
Depending on the specific circumstances, CEIP can also offer management an opportunity to acquire an equity stake in the company.
Holistic View of Company Value
Unlike Private Equity funds and financial investors, CEIP does not value companies solely on the basis of historical financial statements and financial performance. As part of its valuation process, CEIP can take into account a company's potential for future growth.
