CEIP is made up of business “practitioners” – former executives and business owners.
Drawing on their previous experience, expertise and extensive network of contacts, the CEIP team can support companies in both their commercial and operational development. For each portfolio company, a dedicated Operating Partner is appointed from the team, who takes an active role in its day-to-day management.

CEIP’s aim is to develop high-quality Czech and Central European companies and help them become major players in both domestic and international markets, while preserving their important role in their local regions.
Joint Development with Owners
CEIP develops companies together with their owners/founders. The clear preference is for owners to remain involved in the business. Therefore, acquiring a 100% stake is not the preferred strategy.
Depending on the specific circumstances, CEIP can also offer management equity participation in the company.
Holistic View of Company Value
Unlike traditional private equity funds and financial investors, company valuations are not based solely on historical financial statements and performance. As part of the valuation process, CEIP can take into account a firm's potential for future growth.
