Robert started his career at Wood & Company as an investment banker.
With diverse experience as an investment banker and later as an entrepreneur, Robert found his niche in the human resources industry specializing in executive search and management appraisal.
He worked for seven years at Egon Zehnder, one of the world's top three headhunting firms. He was involved into 143 projects with 90% success hiring rate in last years. He was a member of the financial and industrial Egon Zehnder group. In addition, he was a member of Egon Zehnder Global Finance and Industry Practice Groups.
In 2012 Robert established his own business providing management appraisal, advising clients in appointing leaders and talent management or acting as interim HR.
In total, he has led over 3.500 interviews with senior executives and helped to hire 27 CEOs and 45 board members/division leaders and has conducted hundreds of management appraisals.
Currently, Robert is a member of the Board of Directors of Elcom.
Robert is a graduate of Technical Engineering at the Slovak Technical University and holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Successful business development of the company via targeting orders from renowned Tier 1 OEM producers. Together with the operational restructuring, the strategy led to the restart of a traditional yet previously loss-making producer.
In figures, the strategy resulted in doubling the revenue and in a 20% increase in efficiency.

Jihlavan is another example of a combination of operational improvements with successful business expansion.
Business relations with SLS customer have been developed thanks to a strategy targeted on becoming the supplier of choice for OEMs in the aerospace industry. Via SLS, Jihlavan now participates in deliveries to Airbus.
On the operational side, internal production capacities have been increased by one third due to the removal of bottlenecks in the production process and an increase in internal efficiency of 9%.
